Panattoni Europe develops additional 9,700 m² of warehouse space in Lower Silesia (PL)

Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer, further develops Panattoni Park Wrocùaw II in Lower Silesia. The existing warehouse space will be expanded by another 9,700 m². A producer of professional power tools used in construction, HILTI, will be the tenant of the newly constructed space.

9,700 m² of industrial space is currently being built next to the existing facility covering 20,000 m². HILTI will lease 3,500 m² in the new building. The newly developed space will be earmarked for a new power tool service center, dedicated for clients from Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The conclusion of the investment is planned for Q3 2010.

"The dynamic development of our company requires strategic decisions. This is why we started to look for modern warehouse space, which would meet expectations not only in terms of the facility, but also location. Panattoni Park Wrocùaw II located merely 14km from the heart of Lower Silesia is a very good solution for our company," said Marek Wyziñski, the Business Process Manager at HILTI (Poland) Sp. z o.o.

Panattoni Park Wrocùaw II is the developer's second modern distribution center in Lower Silesia. Nowa Wieú, the site of the investment, is located 14 km from the center of Wrocùaw and only 13km from the international airport in Wrocùaw, connecting the largest European capitals. The facility is to consist of two buildings covering an area of 60,000 m².

The location of Panattoni Park Wrocùaw II directly neighbors with the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice node. This is where the most strategic roads of the region cross – the A4, E67 and A8, being the ring road of Wrocùaw.
