Panattoni develops 10,800 m² in Zary (PL)

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has commenced works on another manufacturing and warehousing project. A modern 10,800 m² facility is being built in Zary and dedicated to the company from the electronics industry. Project completion is anticipated in March 2013.

The tenant of the new investment is a company specializing in repairing electronic products. The building will feature a total of 10,800 m², of which 10,200 m² to be taken up by the warehousing and manufacturing function including technical space, whereas the remaining 600 m² will constitute offices and staff facilities.

Around the building, technical infrastructure will be additionally developed, including roads, car parks and service yards, with total space of approx. 6,400 m². Construction works started at the end of September, and are anticipated to continue until March 2013.

The new building will be used as a modern centre for repairing printers, scanners, fiscal cash registers, readers and copiers, as well as for regenerating toner cartridges. To adapt the project to the tenant's needs and the requirements of technological processes, a series of modern structural and technological solutions have been applied. Day lighting of usable areas will amount to as much as 12.5% - and moreover, the indoor temperature in the production hall will be slightly higher than in most such buildings and will amount to 20 degrees Celcium.

The new investment is emerging in the west of Poland, in the 'Lotnisko' Industrial Zone in Zary. The facility will be located at the junction of routes: 27 (Zielona Gora) and 12 (City Bypass) - some 10 km from the motorway junction A18/E36.
