Panattoni completes BTS for Johnson Controls (CZ)

Panattoni Europe, a leading industrial space developer in Europe, completed a build-to-suit project in the Czech Republic for Johnson Controls, a global leader in automotive seating, interiors and electronics. The facility comprises 11,500 m² of industrial space.

Panattoni Europe has finalized the construction of a build-to-suit project for Johnson Controls in the Triangle Industrial Zone, located approximately 80 km northwest of Prague and 30 km from the German border. The facility, an 11,500-m² building, will serve as a production plant for automotive interior components. Construction started in April 2011; the completion of the operation was realized to plan on August 19, 2011.

Location
The Triangle Strategic Zone is situated at the border of three districts: Chomutov, Most and Louny and in the vicinity of the Zatec ex-military airport. The fee development site is in close proximity to the R7 Prague - Chomutov - Hora Sv. Šebestiána/Reitzenhain (FRG) expressway and near the arterial road I/27 Most - Zatec - Plzen.

The Triangle industrial zone is mainly intended for investors, whose business and investment plans are focused on the manufacturing industry, R&D, strategic services, technological centers. With consent granted by the owner of the zone, the Usti Region, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Triangle zone can also accommodate logistic operations, facility management, waste management, filling stations and further service and supplier companies.
