Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has completed an investment for the logistics company Nagel Group. The new 12,000 m² facility is the first building at the distribution center Panattoni Park Swiecice II.
Panattoni Europe has completed construction works on a storage facility for the international logistics operator - Nagel Group. The 12,000 m² investment, which can be extended up to 15,000 m², was built at a new complex, Panattoni Park Swiecice II, and will serve as a modern distribution center.
Nagel Group also leases a facility at Panattoni Park Gliwice I (11,300 m²) and another one at Panattoni Park Gdañsk (3,500 m²). In total, the logistics operator leases nearly 27,000 m² of the developer's modern warehouse space.

Panattoni Park Swiecice II is a newly developed distribution complex, which at full build-out will comprise two buildings with a total space of 20,000 m². Building one is the investment for Nagel Group. The park is situated in the vicinity of Panattoni Park Swiecice I, and as a result the developer's portfolio will be offering 53,700 m² of modern warehouse space at the two centers.
The location is Warsaw West poviat, Ozarów Mazowiecki commune, less than 19 km from the capital's city center, directly at national road no 2 (E30). The planned junction with the motorway A2 running from Berlin to Moscow places this investment in a strategic location.
