Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, has embarked on stage 4 of construction at Panattoni Park Łódź East. It has 8,300 m² under construction, which will bring the total space at the modern distribution center close to 160,000 m².
Panattoni Europe has commenced stage 4 of build-out at Panattoni Park Łódź East to deliver a space of 8,300 m² that has already been spoken for. One of the new tenants is an outsourcing company CERI International Sp. z o.o., which has leased 3,050 m² through an advisory firm Litwiniuk Property. Construction works at the park are still ongoing on 11,300 m² for TERG-Mediaexpert, specializing in the distribution of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia. On completion of stage 4, the center will comprise four facilities totaling nearly 163,000 m².
The strengths of Panattoni Park Łódź East do not go unnoticed by industry specialists-in December 2013 Panattoni Park Łódź East won the Prime Property Prize of Łódź voivodeship. The distribution center received recognition not only for the wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution, but also for its impact and the role it plays on the commercial property market in Łódź voivodeship. The facility was also honored by the jury of the CIJ Awards 2013, naming it as the "Industrial Development of the Year".
