The German branch of PointPark Properties has a new member on its management team. Ingo Spangenberg has been appointed Development Director and Head of P3 Germany. As of August 1, Ingo is responsible for growing P3 business activities in Germany.
Spangenberg earned his engineering degree at the Berlin Institute of Technology in 1992 with a focus on industrial property. He has demonstrated his managerial abilities in leadership positions such as Berlin Industrial Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Head of Industrial at Savills and CEO/COO Managing Director at Sirius Real Estate.
Prior to joining P3, he worked for the real estate consulting firm GREC GmbH, which he also owned. In his daily duties at Sirius he was responsible for more than 200 employees. His successes include issuing IPO for Sirius Real Estate at the AIM in 2007.
"We're glad that Ingo has joined P3's German team. We chose him especially because of his outstanding knowledge of the German market and indisputable quality as a manager. I believe his 20 years of experience in logistics real estate is a big win for P3," says Ian Worboys, CEO of P3.
"I chose P3 because it offers a unique chance to grow a company in the largest economy in Europe on the back of one of the best teams I have seen in the market," adds Ingo Spangenberg.
