P3 expands in Germany (DE)

PointPark Properties (P3), international pan-European asset manager and developer of logistics properties, has recruited two more people to its team in Frankfurt.

"We are pleased to announce that two more specialists in the logistics real estate sector, Franziska Jegenhorst and Semir Selcukoglu, have joined our team," says Ingo Spangenberg, Managing Director for Germany.

Franziska Jegenhorst will work as Senior Asset Manager of warehouse properties in Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Italy. She is responsible for managing the leasing process, tenant relations and managing service providers, etc.

A real estate economist, Jegenhorst has a degree in industrial engineering and previously spent five years at Schroders in acquisition and asset management for a European logistics real estate fund. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Semir Selcukoglu will work as Development Manager responsible for the development and acquisition of logistics properties in the German speaking countries. In addition to developing modern logistics properties, he is also responsible for acquiring existing buildings.

Selcukoglu is a real estate economist with a bachelor of engineering degree. He previously spent seven years as a Senior Consultant at Savills, where he worked in the industrial services and investment departments.

"With an occupancy rate of 98%, it is time to expand our business in Germany and to broaden our scope of services. This targeted strengthening of our already successful team, now allows us to offer Build-To-Suit development solutions for our clients and improve the support for our existing tenants," says Spangenberg.
