OVG Real Estate's Investment Management team has been strengthened by the addition of a Capital Markets Director and a Special Situations Director. The OVG Investment Management Team focuses on the creation of real estate funds and joint ventures.
Just Pereboom and Boudewijn Ruitenburg
Just Pereboom joins OVG Real Estate in July as Capital Markets Director. Pereboom is Treasury Europe & Capital Markets Director at Prologis Inc. He is an international real estate finance professional who for the past eight years has been working in various fund management and capital markets positions in the Netherlands and South Korea. Pereboom will be responsible for the structuring and positioning of real estate funds.
As of June 1, Boudewijn Ruitenburg has been appointed Special Situations Director. Ruitenburg has worked for OVG since 2007, most recently as Commercial Manager for OVG International. He has previously worked for Unibail Rodamco, Rodamco Nederland and Amvest. His new role will involve the acquisition of larger restructuring and redevelopment portfolios.
