OVG Projectontwikkeling signed a lease for the entire 7th floor (815 m²) in Montevideo. The transaction was managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting.
Montevideo is a development project of ING Real Estate on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, next to Hotel New York. The building is a high-quality office on one of the most beautiful locations in Rotterdam. Moreover, the building has lots of facilities such as an Excellent Health Club with a swimming pool.
