Approximately 2.1 million customers visited Galeria Victoria during the first seven months of its operation (between October 16, 2010 and May 15, 2011). Every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), the shopping center in Walbrzych is on average visited by over 35,000 people, and on working days by approximately 9,000 12,000 per day.
Galeria Victoria was opened on October 16, 2010, and ever since has been immensely popular with residents of Walbrzych and the surrounding area. This is due not only to the wide selection of goods on offer, but also to numerous attractions prepared especially for visitors to Galeria Victoria. The shopping center has rapidly become one of the major centers of social life in Walbrzych.
Its commercial success can be confirmed by data provided by Viametrics' visitor counter system, and also by a marketing study commissioned by the management of Galeria Victoria. According to the results of this study, each person living in the catchment area of the shopping center statistically visits the mall twice a month. Furthermore, a survey carried out amongst customers of Galeria Victoria shows that their overall level of satisfaction with the shopping center is very high.
