New tenants have signed up to occupy 11,600 m² in the Plaza shopping centres located in Lublin, Sosnowiec and Ruda Śląska. The centres are being developed by Plaza Centers Poland and are exclusively leased by DTZ.
The two biggest transactions for Lublin Plaza (68,000 m²) were both signed with retailers H&M (1,966 m²) and Carry (864 m²). A Fantasy Park amusement arcade and the multiplex chain Cinema City will be the major tenants in Sosnowiec Plaza (33,000 m²), occupying 1,249 m² and 1,128 m²respectively. Similarly, in Rybnik Plaza (40,000 m²), Cinema City have taken 2,049 sqm and Fantasy Park 1,512 m².
The list of remaining tenants includes Carry (app. 2,000 m² in the three centres), Royal Collection (634 m² in Lublin) and AMS (500 m² in Rybnik).
