Warsaws authorities have issued the conditions of development document allowing the Orco Property Group to develop a 192 m. residential skyscraper designed by Daniel Libeskind.
The building will be erected on ul. Złota on a site where Orcos City Center shopping center currently stands. If the investor also receives a building permit in the time expected, demolition work should start at the end of 2006/beginning of 2006.
The glass tower should be completed in 2008. It will contain 250 apartments, each costing €3,000 5,000 per m².
