The interest of customers for this center confirms the increasing importance of Pilsen as a center of west Bohemia.

Plzeò Plaza is situated on the former exhibition ground, 250 meters from the main square of Pilsen–Svobody square. Jones Lang LaSalle was an exclusive leasing agent of the center. The high interest from retailers is also confirmed by the fact, that almost all of the commercial space was already leased one month before the opening of the center.
