Opening of Riverside Park office project in Warsaw (PL)

Last Thursday, 9 March, the Riverside Park Opening Ceremony, at the newest office development of AIG/Lincoln Polska, has taken place. Brian Patterson, Managing Partner at AIG/Lincoln Polska, said: "We are happy that we have succeeded in building another high-quality office project, which combines cutting-edge technology with a flexible and original design. We are convinced that tenants will perceive Riverside Park as a good value for money product. The fact that we have already signed two leasing agreements is evidence of this."

The building has already attracted two prestigious tenants. Tchibo, the worlds fifth-largest coffee producer, occupies 1,800 m² on two floors and is the first tenant to have entered the newly constructed building. Additionally, JohnsonDiversey, the manufacturer of cleaning products and sanitary maintenance supplies, will have an office in Riverside Park. The company has leased approximately 800 m² of office space on the 3rd floor. Both tenants are located in the West Building of the Riverside Park project.

Marzena Trzcińska, P&O Director from Tchibo said: Riverside Park, where Tchibo Warszawa offices have been located since February, is considered by us to be a modern, spacious and full of natural light office building. Its design and fit out fully fulfils our requirements. In addition, thanks to the aesthetics and high quality of both building and fit out, our employees are satisfied with the workplace.

Taking into consideration the fact that 50% of our employees travel to JohnsonDiversey headquarters from all over Poland, it was most reasonable to locate our offices in a place which provides us with convenient access from each direction of Warsaw. Thus, we have chosen Riverside Park as the most suitable option.

Prior to making our decision, we were astonished by the space, which was not divided by any walls at that time. Therefore, during our fit out works, we decided to limit the number of the partitioning walls in order to keep this feeling of openness.

It is also worth mentioning about the professionalism of both the owner and the management team of building. The building fulfils for our employees and clients all functionality and aesthetic requirements.

Today, one half year after we have moved in to the building, we find only advantages both in terms of the project itself and its management team. - said Beata Mularska, Marketing Director at JohnsonDiversey Polska.

Ben Bannatyne, Regional Director Central Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle said: Riverside Park has all the benefits of being located within the City Centre of Warsaw, yet has a very spacious and open feel to it. The buildings have been developed to the highest standard and offer very flexible and efficient office space for occupiers.

Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive agent and is responsible for the commercialization process of Riverside Park.
