Opening of Neinver's FACTORY Warsaw Annopol attracts over 31,000 visitors (PL)

FACTORY Warsaw Annopol, the fifth outlet of NEINVER in Poland and the second of the Group in Warsaw city, has opened its doors to the public with great success regarding the visit of more than 31,450 customers within the first day, 3,000 of them only within the first hour of its opening, despite the snow.

The center has a surface of 19,700 m² of GLA, including 122 shops and 800 parking lots. It is the first outlet center in east Warsaw which grants an influence area of more than 3 million residents in that part of the city outskirts and the whole region.

With this opening, NEINVER strengths its position as leading outlet operator in Europe managing 15 outlet centers with a total of 311,000 m² of GLA, under the FACTORY and The Style Outlets brands. This project is a step further in the strategy of the Group which pursues NEINVER European leadership through its consolidation in countries where it is already present and the entry into new markets.

“FACTORY Warsaw Annopol with next to 20,000 m² of retail space, hosts outlet stores of Polish and international clothing brands. New tenants will also open their shops soon, expanding the offer range, and we’re closing negotiations for further agreements. We went the extra mile to make sure that Bialoleka-based FACTORY is precisely adjusted to the expectations of customers visiting it with their children as Warsaw has not had a family-friendly outlet mall until now,” says Agata Brzezinska, Country Manager at NEINVER Poland.

Brands available at FACTORY Warsaw Annopol are Tommy Hilfiger, Mustang, Adidas, Nike, Reserved, Guess, Mohito, Cropp, House, Kazar, Lee Cooper, Levi’s, Cross Jeans, Big Star, Tom Tailor, Vero Moda, Wittchen and Digel. Customers can also shop at a popular chemist supermarket, Rossmann, eat at Sphinh, visit Warsaw’s first Smyk outlet and have fun at Jupi Park family entertainment center.

NEINVER has invested €35 mln in this project, carried out following sustainable construction principles which have been verified by a BREEAM certificate at the design stage. Additionally, a couple months ago, it was also granted the “BREEAM Design Phase Certificate” at CEE Green Building Awards 2012.

With the opening of FACTORY Warsaw Annopol, NEINVER Poland’s outlet centers portfolio will include five FACTORY centers with a total area of 84,000 m² of GLA. Poland’s first outlet center was FACTORY Warsaw Ursus, opened in 2002. The subsequent ones emerged in Wroclaw (2006) and Poznan (2007). The country’s largest outlet center (22,000 m² of retail space) is FACTORY Krakow which has been operating since fall 2011.
