Ogmios Centras started construction of the Baltic Logistic City (LI)

The 'Baltic Logistic City' will develop 56.000 m² of modern warehousing and office area in stages. During the first stage the logistic complex Via Baltica Logistic of 27.000 m² will be built. 9.000 m² more will be added in the second stage and 20.000 sqm in the third. The Project, presented this September will be implemented until the end of 2008. Upon completion it will be one of the biggest and the most modern complexes in Lithuania.

It is situated in a very convenient geographical location near Kaunas city (one of the biggest towns in Lithuania) and on the biggest crossroads in Lithuania: the international highway 'Via Baltica' – Helsinki-Tallinn-Riga-Kaunas-Warsaw and international highway Klaipëda-Kaunas-Vilnius-Minsk-Moscow, the biggest passenger airport and international railroad junction.

Logistic town is going to distinguish itself by the developed infrastructure and give the best business opportunities in trade development to both medium and large Lithuanian, Baltic States and international companies.
