Office complex Diemervijver sold for over € 60 mln. (NL)

Cocon Vastgoed Management has sold Diemervijver in Diemen-Zuid the office complex to a syndicate of foreign investors. The investment volume is over € 60 mln.

CB Richard Ellis advised the buyer. Diemervijver consists of six office buildings and a parking garage of which five buildings have been sold to the syndicate, in total 43,000 m² of office space and 826 parkingspaces. The building Vijverhoek (newly built) will remain in the hands of Cocon Vastgoed Management.

Several companies are situated in Diemervijver such as ING Bank, the ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, Solectron, Carlson Wagonlit and the headquarters of Makro.

CB Richard Ellis will do the asset management for this investment. NSH Nordbank has done the financing of the buildings and the structuring of the funds was done by Rechstaete Vastgoedadvocaten en Belastingadviseurs.
