Office building 'Four Elements' gets into the starting blocks (DE)

For the new 'Four Elements' office building on Georg-Glock-Strasse in the Düsseldorf Kennedydamm area the starter's gun has now been fired. Even before construction started more than half the space was let. In summer 2009 Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, a partnership of lawyers, tax consultants and attorneys at law will move into ca. 6,800 m². Colliers Trombello Kölber Immobilienconsulting GmbH, entrusted with a sole marketing instruction, acted here exclusively as consultant and estate agent.













The six-story Four Elements building is being constructed on a corner site some 6,000 m² in area. It will have roof terraces with greenery and two basement car park levels with ca. 220 parking spaces. The preparatory works begin at the end of 2007. A total of ca. 14,700 m² of gross floor area are being constructed. Particular features of the property are the facade projections and different story depths and building heights. Project developer is Hochtief Projektentwicklung GmbH.

Hochtief Projektentwicklung has developed, built and marketed property projects at home and abroad since 1991. The company concentrates on office, hotel and special properties in city centers and locations near them. New product market segments are retail and logistics properties. A further speciality is the development of city quarters.

The consulting commercial law practice Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represents the interests of national and international clients. These include medium-sized companies and concerns from all sectors of industry, trade and services and also public bodies and companies in private ownership. The practice is represented with seven offices across Germany and an office in Brussels.
