The new OBI DIY situated next to the Pogoria Shopping Centre was opened in Dabrowa Gornicza. The project was developed by Mayland Real Estate. GLA of the new utility amounts to 7,000 m². It is divided into four departments: Construction, Apartment, Garden, and Technique. OBI DIY complements perfectly the retail offer of Pogoria Shopping Centre.

At the end of 2009, the purchase option for the utility was signed with MGPA Europe Fund III advised by MGPA- an independent private equity managing investment funds and a real estate consultancy.

One of them, Pogoria Retail Park of 36,000 m² GLA, with the catchment area of 1 million inhabitants, is situated in the centre of Dabrowa Gornicza.
