Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors promotes Tarmo Kase to Managing Director of Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, covering all operations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.
Kase will keep the job of Managing Director of Ober-Haus Estonia as well. Prior to joining Ober-Haus, Kase had more than 15 years of managerial experience, including Chief Operating Officer for Olympic Entertainment Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Belarus. His previous experience includes sales, marketing and executive director positions at companies such as Eesti Pagar (Estonian Bakeries), Fazer Estonia and Jungent.
"Tarmo has all the management skills and energy to bring us forward to the next level. Now that the real estate market is growing again, we see great opportunities in front of us," said Peter Morris, the outgoing Managing Director who will now be co-investing with larger Ober-Haus clients on future real estate projects.
Morris, who gives up day-to-day management of Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors after 17 years, will remain on the supervisory council of Ober-Haus, while focusing on co-developing real estate projects with Ober-Haus clients and working on other projects for the Finnish parent company Realia Group Oy.
