NREP continues growing its Nordic platform (FI/SE/DK)

In May Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) closed its 30th transaction and further strengthened its organization with the engagement of Antti Aarnio and Kari Lainio in Finland as well as Johan Åström in Sweden.

With these latest developments NREP has since its inception in late 2005 closed property investments worth €300 million in Finland and Sweden and grown its team from two employees in Copenhagen to eleven employees in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki.

"We are very pleased with the quality of the transactions we have been able to close to date, and believe that we with our primary focus on smaller off-market transactions can continue making stable healthy investments during 2007. In addition, we feel privileged that we have been able to attract several very talented individuals to our team, which will enable us to increasingly focus on value-added transactions, and not least enable us to realize our long-term goal of building a leading Nordic real estate investment platform," comments Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby, Partner in NREP.
