Norgani Hotels ASA has announced that it has entered into a final agreement with Wiland Eiendom to acquire the property Rica Hotel Bodø, in Norway for NOK 87 million (approx. €10 mln).
Rica Hotel Bodø consists of 113 rooms as well as conference and restaurant facilities. The Rica Hotel Bodø is Norgani's second hotel in Bodø, northern Norway's second largest city. The hotel is operated by Rica Hotel.
The acquisition of Rica Hotel Bodø will be concluded by 30 June 2007.
With a portfolio of more than 70 hotels in the Nordic region, Norgani Hotels is Europe's fifth largest hotel property investor.
