Nordea Bank Polska has entered into a pre-lease agreement for a built-to-suit office building in Gdynia, Poland of approximately 11,600 m² with LANDPROP SERVICES. The agreements signed are the culmination of a thorough search of all Nordea's alternatives in conjuction with Nordea's consultant Catella Property Group.
LANDPROP SERVICES and its subsidiaries have been active in Poland for several years and have a long track record of developing office buildings in Poland and throughout Europe. The group will construct Nordea Bank Polska's new premises to US Green Building Council's LEED Silver requirements on a plot of land purchased in 2009 within close proximity to the current Bank location.

It is of the utmost importance that our premises meet with current and future requirements and this building will be one of few LEED certified buildings in Central and Eastern Europe. Nordea Polska aim to move into their new premises in 2012.
