Norbert Dentressangle Logistics has signed Build-to-Suit agreement in A plus Park Shushary in Saint Petersburg.  The company will move to the new warehouse in May 2015. The total area of a new warehouse will be 11 942 m². CBRE represented the landlord
Norbert Dentressangle Logistics is actively growing and it is quite important for the company to find suitable warehouse that apart from all Class A features also has cross-dock solution.
The Class A industrial park, A Plus Shushary is located on 72 hectares land plot on Moscow highway in 20 km from Saint Petersburg. The total area of the complex is 65,000 m². A Plus Park Shushary warehouse SMAK is located in Altufievo, Moscow and belongs to the Russian owner Severnaya Moskovskaya aktsionernaya kompaniya SMAK, Ltd. This is one of a few Class A warehouse complexes within the city of Moscow. Eastern part of KAD as well as Pulkovo airport and Shushary railway station are located next to the industrial park. Skania plant, production  and warehouse complex TPV CIS, the leader in radio electronics production are located on the territory of the park.
