Northern Logistic Property (NLP) has signed an 11-year lease contract with m4 gruppen for its 10,100-m² new build in Västerås. The annual rent will be SEK 7.3 million (approx. 790,000).
Occupancy will take place in December 2011, the same month as the original tenant Sateba, now bankrupt, planned to move in.
"It's very pleasant that we have been able to replace Sateba with another tenant in such short time. M4 gruppen is a new tenant for NLP which we are looking forward to work together with. Being able to sign with a new tenant in such short time confirms that our increased focus on market contact and close dialogue with our customers is a recipe for success for NLP.

The property is located in Hacksta industrial area, which is a prime location for warehouse and logistics properties in Västerås. The building has an interior ceiling height of 10 meters and is equipped with 18 loading doors. The area is 10,100 m², divided into 9,600 m² of warehouse and 500 m² of office space.
