Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) has added to her portfolio two shopping centers in Rotterdam and Heerlen as per the end of June. In Rotterdam shopping center Zevenkamp was acquired and in Heerlen shopping center Â't Loon.
In Heerlen shopping center ’t Loon comprises 20.742 m2 of retail space. Investment amounts to € 25.4 mln and has a gross yeild of 7,8%. Shortly the shopping center will be expanded with an additional 2,650 m2 and totally renovated.
In Rotterdam shopping center Zevenkamp comprises 10.032 m2 of retail space and 77 apartments. Investment amounts to € 27,3 mln and has a gross yield of 7,3 %.
After the acquisition NSIÂ's portfolio comprises approximately € 920 mln in commercial real estate as per the end of June 2002.
