Nieuwe Steen Investments n.v. announces that the interim dividend per ordinary share of EUR 0.46 has been determined at EUR 0.52 in cash and a payment of 1/51st of an ordinary share. The new shares will be intitled to dividend payments over 2002 and following financial years.
As per August 19 2002 shares ex-dividend are listed.
