Niam sold Gångaren 13, an office building of ca. 36,000 m² consisting of Electrolux's head office with associated grounds, to AB Electrolux on February 1, 2013.
The property located at Sankt Göransgatan in Stockholm, Sweden was sold for approximately SEK 1 145 million (approx. 133 million).
