Niam Nordic Investment Fund III and affiliates of the Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds have disposed of nine office properties in mid-sized cities across Finland to Sveafastigheter Fund III and HGR Property Partners.
The properties were sold at a purchase price of approximately 60 million.
