Niam has appointed Fredrik Jonsson as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Niam, Fredrik Jonsson was vice president of Skanska Commercial Development Europe. At Niam, he will be responsible for acquisitions of properties and development projects for Niam's funds.

Fredrik Jonsson will start working at Niam during the late summer.
