Niam has acquired a residential portfolio comprising 43,700 m² at a purchase price of approximately €138 million. The portfolio consists of 452 owner occupied apartments and houses with attractive locations in the Copenhagen area.
With this acquisition, Niam owns a combined Danish residential portfolio of approximately 1,100 high-quality units consisting of over 100,000 m² of total lettable area. The units were constructed from 2006-2010 and are located in attractive areas in and around Copenhagen.
