Nextra Sviluppo Immobiliare, Property Fund of Nextra Investment Management (Banca Intesa Group), has announced it acquired from Jupiter 23, a vehicle of Carlyle Europe Real Estate, a building for office use in Bari (Puglia Region) worth € 20 million (+ vat).
The building has 15 floors (plus 3 levels underground), a GLA of 14.200 m² and 214 parkings. It is rented to several public entities: Dipartimento provinciale del Ministero del Tesoro, Polizia Penitenziaria (Ministero di Grazia e Giustizia) and Archivio di Stato (Ministero per i Beni Culturali).
Reddys Group was the advisor of Nextra Sviluppo Immobiliare .
