Pohjola Property Management Ltd. and Newsec Asset Management Ltd. have signed a cooperation agreement.
According to the agreement, Newsec is responsible for the property management and lease administration of Pohjola's properties in Finland The Property Portfolio consists of approx.700,000 m² in total and the assignment employs 14 people.
The agreement starts on July 1 2012.
"This is our largest single mandate ever and we are extremely proud to manage the current portfolio," says Mikko Salla, Managing Director of Newsec Asset Management.
