Marta Mikolajczyk-Pyrc has recently joined DTZ's Warsaw office to work within the Polish Retail team, as Senior Retail Consultant. As a result the Retail team has now increased to 16 full-time members; one of the largest in the Polish market.

Marta Mikolajczyk-Pyrc
Marta has extensive experience working within the real estate sector, having previously worked for Ahold Polska, Ahold Commercial Centres Polska, Ahold Real Estate Polska and most recently at King Sturge as a Senior Negotiator. Throughout her professional career she has been responsible for leasing and opening shopping centers with hypermarkets and shopping galleries with supermarkets. Her previous role entailed the commercialization and re-commercialization of shopping centers.
Marta comments: "I'm pleased to join the DTZ's retail team in Warsaw and to take on the new challenges within the structures of the one of the strongest retail teams in the Polish market. I'm convinced that working for DTZ will bring new experiences and will allow me to gain further professional knowledge."
Marta's responsibilities at DTZ include commercial consulting and commercialisation of new and existing shopping centers, negotiations and marketing strategy advisory.
