Van Boom & Slettenhaar Vastgoed, in cooperation with Bank Insinger de Beaufort, introduces the new real estate investment fund B&S Insinger de Beaufort VI CV. This limited partnership will buy and manages offices (2) and industrial complexes (2). Investment is € 30 mln. Some 808 participations are availible at € 12.500 each.
The objects have been all been let longterm. Only a small part (approximately 7%) is let for 5 years, whereas 74% is let for a ten year period and 19% for 25 years. Main tenants are Mitsubishi Motors Europe BV, Verwol Projectafbouw BV, B&L Accountants, ADT Security Services and Arthouse Design & Advertising.
A profitsharing of at least 7% is guaranteed during the first year; predicted yield before taxes is 11% on average.
