Atenor Group has announced the acquisition of the company HF Immobilier SA, owner of the site of the former Brewery Henri Funck, rue de Neudorf in Luxembourg]City.
With a ground area of 7,600 m², this disused industrial site will be restored to create a complex of residences and commercial spaces that will be able to offer around 13,000 m² of above‐ground space, combining new structures and the transformation of parts of the industrial buildings with character.
Remarkably well located and benefiting from easy access and good service by public transport, both from the city center and from the Kirchberg Plateau, the site will play a part in the urban revitalization of the Neudorf residential district.
Depending on the progression of the urban planning process, the works could be started up toward the end of 2012.
After the successes achieved over more than 10 years in the execution of the IEK, PIXEL and PRESIDENT office buildings on the Kirchberg Plateau, the launch of this new project marks a new stage in the development of Atenor Group's activities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and confirms its strategy of maintaining a long-term presence on markets where it has acquired experience.
