New positions after take-over of Insignia by CB Richard Ellis become clear

Now that the take-over of Insignia by CBRE is a fact, the new positions of those involved are being announced. The new company will operate worldwide under the name CB Richard Ellis. Ray Wirta and Brett White will respectively become Ceo and chairman of the new company. In Europe Alan Froggatt (Insignia) and Mike Strong will take up the leadership. Martin Lubieniecki, also from Insignia, will be appointed European Chief Operating Officer.

Marco Hekman will be in charge of the Dutch branche of the integrated CB Richard Ellis and Insignia. The Dutch office of Insignia will be taken up in the CB Richard Ellis office in Amsterdam. What the rest of the Dutch organization will look like is not known at this moment. The threesome Marco Hekman, Rob Mans and Eric Bakker managed the Dutch office of CB Richard Ellis before the take-over.

Peter Driessen and Peter Paul Buis, who have been appointed European Director for International Investments and Client Relationships in the new organization, managed Insignia Netherlands. The two original founders of the Dutch Insignia-branche will be especially responsible for customer relations and cross-border transactions. Also in all other European countries, the CB Richard Ellis people will take the lead.
