Tomasz Czuba.
Tomasz Czuba has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a National Director in the Office Agency team in Poland. Tomasz will lead the Office Leasing department, which advises developers and landlords on the commercialization of office developments including development of leasing & marketing strategy for the project, and actual leasing the space to tenants.
Tomasz has over nine years of experience in commercial property leasing with deep knowledge of advising both tenants and building owners. Recently he was Director of Leasing with Ghelamco Poland where he was responsible for the leasing of office and warehouse space for Poland. During six years at Ghelamco he leased over 190,000 m² of commercial areas. Previously Tomasz worked at DTZ Polska and JW. Construction. Tomasz is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and takes on the role held previously by Bartosz Mierzwiak who will move to ProLogis to take over leasing management in Poland.
