New management team at Eurisko (RO)

Starting September 2006, Eurisko will be managed by Alexandra Dimofte and Radu Lucianu, who will jointly act as Managing Partners. They will take over the responsibilities of Andrei Panculescu, the former general manager of the company, who has decided to take on a new challenge in his professional career.

Alexandra Dimofte and Radu Lucianu have impressive real estate experience. They founded the Office Department of Eurisko, after joining the company as partners in 1999.

In their current positions, the two managers will work to attract investment funds on the Romanian market, will act as consultants on the large-scale real estate projects and will also manage the company, including the development strategy and the business partnerships. The two top managers will supervise the financial, human resources and marketing operations, as well.

Alexandra Dimofte is a graduate of the Management Faculty from the Romanian-American University (1996) and she started her career in real estate immediately after completing her studies. Her largest projects to date include the record-setting rental of 41,000sqm for Raiffeisen Bank and the relocation of Alpha Bank to the Neocity Tower (one of the city landmarks), followed by the sale-purchase of about 17,000sqm by Alpha Bank in the Bucharest Tower Center.

Radu Lucianu graduated from the Metallurgy Faculty from the University of Polytechnics, in 1993, and, before joining Eurisko, he worked for Adisan Metal and Romprim. His resume includes impressive and complex real estate transactions. He acted as consultant for Sema Parc (Bucharest's largest real estate development announced this year) and contributed to one of the biggest office market transactions in 2006: the sale of the Millennium BC building to British investment fund European Convergence Property Company, for €36.5 million.
