February 2020 will mark the entry of another Leonardo Hotel in Zurich – with a prime location directly at the airport. The future hotel will join Alden Suite Hotel Splugenschloss and the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof Zurich as a part of the company's Swiss portfolio. The property, built in accordance with the latest ecological standards, will offer 116 Rooms which include four rooms with longstay amenities. The lobby, restaurant and bar will be located on the ground floor. Meeting rooms, fitness area, outdoor terrace and parking areas are also planned. The construction of the hotel is being implemented together with Burgring AG Immobilien.
