New leases at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow (RU)

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has six new tenants: Lanmoll, Sesto Meucci, Gerard Darel, LTB Jeans, Home & Cook and Kanz. They have leased a total of nearly 1,000 m².
Lanmoll is a popular Russian multibrand store offering luxury brands such as Versace Collection, Blumarine and Versus. The company took a 335 m² unit in the Red Carpet Alley, a separate part of the center, which is home solely to the best Russian and international high-end fashion brands. Sesto Meucci, a producer of high quality shoes and leather accessories, leased a 172 m² unit in the same part of the center. Gerard Darel - a French fashion brand characterized by simple, chic and ultra-feminine style joins the Red Carpet Alley with 144 m² boutique.
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow will be home also for the following top quality brands: LTB Jeans (178 m²), Turkish fashion brand, denim producer, Home & Cook (88 m²), which offers all the best gadgets and cookware for the kitchen, Kanz (77 m²), offering day and nights collections for newborn and kids.   “FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow enjoys incessant interest from both tenants and customers. Opened in June 2013, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow offers customers top quality international and domestic brands available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. The new tenants joined a long list of luxury, designer and high street brands including Tommy Hilfiger Adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Cacharel, Carlo Pazolini, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon, Reserved, Mohito and others.
