Colliers International has been chosen as the exclusive leasing consultant for the first multifunctional shopping and entertainment center Yekaterininsky in Yekaterinburg. The SEC opening is scheduled for Q3 2014.

The total area of SEC Yekaterininsky is 182,000 m² (GLA 82,000 m²).
The second phase of the SEC Yekaterininsky is located on the place of the existing shopping center (the first phase will be reconstructed) in the Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg (the third most populated city in Russia), 500 m from the Yekaterininsky ring road, which provides comfortable transport access from every district of the city. The catchment area of the SEC is more than 550,000 people.
Chsherbakova street where SEC Yekaterininsky is located is one of the main highways, connecting Chkalovsky and other districts of the city, and characterized by the traffic intensity. The public transport stops and metro station Botanicheskaya are located in immediate proximity to the SEC.

The developer of SEC Yekaterininsky is Mallino Development Group, which has successful experience on different projects of commercial real estate management in Russia and the CIS countries, and the unique experience of shopping and entertainment center redevelopment.
The exclusive leasing consultant is Colliers International, one of the largest international consulting companies.
The major tenants of SEC Yekaterininsky will be the large international and federal retail operators including a food hypermarket, sports goods hypermarket, hypermarket for household appliances and electronics, and also such unique operators as aqua park LIMPOPO (GBA 12,500 m²) and a theater center.
A multiplex cinema, bowling center, family entertainment park, restaurant courtyard and various food court cuisines will give citizens the opportunity to have a good time. The major international and federal operators of the leading international apparel and shoes brands will be attracted to join the project.
