The new president of retail property organisation BCSC, Martyn Chase will use his inauguration speech to emphasise the importance that retail-led investment in town center regeneration can and will play in the health of the national economy and local communities in the year to come.
Chase takes over as president as BCSC reaches its 25th anniversary, at a time when the UK economic outlook is, at best, uncertain.
