New appointments at ING Real Estate (NL)

ING Real Estate is pleased to announce the following appointments: Pieter Roozenboom as Chief Operations Officer for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe, Ido Esman as Managing Director European Private Clients, and William Rowson as Managing Director European Acquisitions.

Pieter Roozenboom has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe as of 1 September 2005, with responsibility for operations (finance, ict, treasury and fund services) of ING Real Estate Investment Management in Continental Europe. Mr. Roozenboom's current position is financial manager for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

Ido Esman has been appointed as Managing Director European Private Clients, as of 1 September 2005. Mr. Esman will be responsible for all real estate investment management products for private clients of ING Real Estate in Continental Europe. Mr. Esman is currently Managing Director Product Development at ING Real Estate Investment
Management Europe. Eugene Philips, who held a senior position in the Product Development department, succeeds Mr. Esman as Managing Director Product Development, responsible for structuring and launching new funds for institutional clients.

William Rowson has been appointed as Managing Director European Acquisitions, as of 1 October 2005. Based in The Hague, Mr. Rowson will be responsible for all property and portfolio acquisitions of ING Real Estate Investment Management in Continental Europe. Mr. Rowson is currently Director of European Fund Management at ING Real Estate in London, responsible for account management of Separate Accounts and new product development. His earlier career was with Strutt & Parker in London where he held several senior management positions including that of International Partner. He qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1988.
