New appointment at Colliers International Moscow (RU)

Galina Maliborskaya has been appointed Director, Retail Property Department Colliers International Moscow.

In this position Galina Maliborskaya will be in charge of the strategic development of the Retail Property Department, including new business hiring, development of new business directions and new services in the retail property market, as well as day-to-day business activity and coordination of all current projects.

Galina Maliborskaya earned her MBA degree at the Willamette University, USA, in 2003. Before that in 1995 she graduated from the University of Shevchenko in Ukraine majoring in linguistics, and two years later from the economic department of the Industrial University, Ukraine. Galina has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute since May, 2010.

Ms. Maliborskaya has been working in Colliers International since March 2004. Before her relocation to Moscow, Galina headed Retail Property Department in Ukraine. Under Galina's supervision Colliers International Ukraine started cooperation with such notable international companies as IKEA, Multi Development, Acteeum/Meinl European Land, EBRD, ECHO Investments, etc., due to which the portfolio of Colliers International retail projects increased up to 1 million m².

Galina has been working in the Colliers International Moscow office since 2007. As Agency Director she oversaw leasing process of such projects as Golden Babylon Rostokino, Rechnoy, Viva, Equator (Reutov), River Mall, M5 Mall (Ryazan), Golden Babylon (Rostov-on-Don), Triumph Plaza (Obninsk), etc.

Galina started her professional career in 1995 in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Later she headed the regional consulting project dealing with land privatization in the International Finance Corporation, as well as rendered consulting services in the field of financial analysis to one of the leading credit organizations in Oregon, USA. Galina has more than 12 years of professional experience in consulting.
