NEINVER, the second largest outlets operator in Europe, operating in six European countries, has recorded 8% rise in sales at its centers across Europe. Moreover, the 11 outlets managed by NEINVER have received 30 million visitors in 2010, 7% up in comparison 2009.

These positive indicators strengthen our position in the European market, supporting our consolidation in countries where we are already present and encourage us to enter new markets," stated Manuel Lagares, CEO of NEINVER.
NEINVER currently manages 230,000 m² GLA with over 1,000 stores and 700 top designer brands. The company plans to develop over 166,800 m² GLA over the next two years in seven new projects in several countries across Europe.
The Vila do Conde The Style Outlets center, which covers 28,750 m² GLA and accommodates 137 stores, after its extension in December 2009, has recorded a record sales increase of 36% in comparison to the previous year. Furthermore it received a total of 3.5 million customers, 29% more than in 2009.
These figures show the evolution of the outlet concept in Portugal, making Vila do Conde The Style Outlets one of the fastest growing centers both in terms of sales and in terms of number of visitors. Portugal continues to be a very attractive market for NEINVER. For this reason the company is developing a new outlet center, Algarve The Style Outlets, to strengthen its presence. The new center with 21,800 m² GLA and 156 stores is due to be opened by the end of 2012.
Vicolungo The Style Outlets and Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets continue to increase their sales volumes and number of visitors. Visits to the Italian centers rose by 12% over 2010 and the 6 million customers bought 18% more than the previous year. These figures demonstrate the success of the NEINVER outlets in a market as demanding as the Italian one.
