Neinver Polska has announced that it is to enlarge i ts Factory outlet centre in the Warsaw suburb of Ursus. The Spanish-owned firm will add 4,300 ² to the premises, bringing the total area up to 13,000 m², in an investment worth 8 mln.
Factory has been in operation since 2002 and was the first such outlet centre in Poland. This is the second stage of Neinver's investment in Factory and should be completed in Spring 2006. Jones Lang LaSalle are acting as leasing agents for the centre.
