Futura Park obtained the first BREEAM Europe international certification in Poland.

In addition, the Futura Park project was the first in Poland to obtain the BREEAM Europe international certification, which assesses design and construction using the most stringent sustainability parameters. The architectural design of Futura Park Krakow allows it to fit in with its natural surroundings, just ten minutes from the city centre of Krakow: the third most important city in Poland and one of the country's main tourist destinations, with a catchment area of around three million potential customers.

"Futura Park Krakow is the first project in the country to obtain BREEAM Europe certification, which measures a building's sustainability following the strictest standards for sustainable architecture and energy optimization. Also, this project is a benchmark for Polish retail properties and reinforces NEINVER's positioning as the country's leading operator," emphasized Bárbara Topolska, General Manager of NEINVER Poland.

With the opening of the new FACTORY outlet in Krakow, NEINVER strengthens its position as the leading operator in the Polish market, where it already had three outlet centers: FACTORY Warsaw Ursus, FACTORY Wroclaw and FACTORY Poznan. It also represents another step in its international strategic plan with which the company intends to reinforce its positioning in the markets where it already has presence while expanding into new countries.
