The centers that NEINVER is developing under The Style Outlets brand in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands will reinforce its position as a key player in the European retail property market.
NEINVER remains committed to its strategy of internationalization by entering new markets such as the Netherlands (with Amsterdam The Style Outlets), by developing new properties in markets where it already operates (Viladecans The Style Outlets in Spain and Werl The Style Outlets in Germany) to strengthen its leadership in those areas, and by expanding existing properties such as FACTORY Warsaw Ursus.
“In the last five years, NEINVER has added more than 300,000 m² of GLA to its portfolio and has entered 3 new European markets (Germany, France and the Netherlands). This sustained growth based on experience and specialisation has made it possible to position the company as a benchmark operator and as a strategic partner for developing and managing assets in the retail market,” explains Bárbara Topolska, NEINVER’s Chief Operations Officer.
The company currently manages 565,100 m² of retail space and is developing another 68,700 m² of GLA.
