NEINVER buys land in the Algarve to develop a future outlet (PT)

NEINVER has chosen the Algarve, in southern Portugal, in which to develop a new outlet center, the company's second in this country.

On this occasion, NEINVER, the third most important outlets operator in Europe and leader in countries such as Spain, Poland and Germany, has taken advantage of its market experience to invest in the city of Faro. The location of the center fulfils two of the most important criteria for guaranteeing the success of an outlet project, its location in a busy tourist area and easy access for visitors.

Through this new project, NEINVER will not only be contributing to the rehabilitation of the adjoining urban areas, but it will also provide the Algarve area and its visitors with a new and different kind of retail provision; a new outlet center that will help promote trade, tourism and the development of the municipality.

NEINVER has invested €60 million in this project and the new center is expected to create between 1,500 and 2,000 direct and indirect jobs. The new outlet center will be located on an excellent site, 12 km from the centre of Faro and 15 km from the international airport.
